Safety Track Trailer Tracking Unit
Safety Track’s FL900 mobile asset tracking solution provides 24x7 visibility to the location and status of trailers, roll-off boxes, mobile generators, construction and yard equipment and other assets. It gives managers the power to efficiently manage asset inventory, improve revenues and reduce operating costs.
The FL900 is an easy to install, self-contained GPS tracking device with an internal long-life battery. It incorporates the latest in GPS, radio, antenna and micro-controller technologies in a weather-proof enclosure. Safety Track’s breakthrough power management technology enables the FL900 to operate up to 10 years without changing the battery.
It is available in two form factors to suit different operational requirements. The FL900-A is
a standard 1” high device for mounting on top of trailers. The FL900-D is 1.77” high and can provide much longer battery life or more frequent location updates.

Trace History of an Asset
- Monitor use of an asset over any date and time range
- Each previously reported position available with details such as current temperature, low and high temperatures over several hours
- Details of number of movements and duration of movements during asset lifetime
- Detailed street level address and site information is shown for each reported position
Protect Assets with Alerts & Reports
- Several different events are used to trigger alerts, including start,stop, battery condition, securezone (geo-fence) violations,unauthorized movements, etc.
- Maintenance alerts can be set up for periodic maintenance based on days, utilization and battery condition
- Numerous customized reports –yard check by asset groups and site locations, asset utilization,and upcoming scheduled maintenance of assets
- Reports are run either on demand or scheduled to be delivered to one or more email inboxes daily, weekly and monthly
